A streamed meeting link (Zoom) will be available for those who wish to attend the meeting remotely. This link will not offer a facility for members to vote at the meeting or to engage in the chat function.

Members who wish to attend the streamed AGM via Zoom must pre-register using their Smart Club Account and select the EVENTS option

● Registration for the Streamed option is now available to book and will close on Tuesday 8th February at 8pm.

● Once registered to attend via Smart, you will receive an email from the Club during office working hours with the link to the Zoom meeting and other related information.
