GYM Update – August 2020

The CLTC Gym has had a makeover and has re-located!

The Gym is now located where the Junior Room was. This is where exercise machines such as the Treadmill, Bikes, Sparc etc are now located.
The Exercise Studio is where the Gym was. This Studio will be used for Gym/Boxfit/Pilates and Yoga Classes and also an area for weights and stretching.

The Junior Room has relocated to the old Snooker/Exercise Room and is also undergoing a makeover, so it remains closed for the moment.

The Gym and Studio will re-open to members on Monday 10th August.
PLEASE read the attached Guidelines carefully if you intend using the Gym. https://clontarfltc.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/COVID-19-CLTC-Guidelines-for-Members-Use-of-Gym-and-Exercise-Studio.pdf
