Halloween Camp 2021

  • Camp will take place from Tue 26 – Fri 29 October 
  • Camp will run from 10.00am – 2.00pm 
  • For children age 9 years & over
  • Open to Members Only 
  • €80.00 per child 

  • This is a 4-day camp, it is not possible to book for singular specific days
  • Payment for the camp will not be accepted in the office, all bookings for children must be made online via www.smartclubcloud.com
  • Camp will be weather dependent and may be cancelled if raining.  Parents/Guardian’s must be able to arrange collection of children in this case which may be at short notice
  • Children attending camp should bring refreshments and wear suitable tennis attire.  Remember rain gear in case of showers

  • Children should continue to follow the Club’s current Covid Guidelines

By enlisting in this event Parents/ Guardians are giving their consent to their child participating in a Clontarf Lawn Tennis Club activity which is run in line with the Code of Ethics & Good Practice for Children’s Sport

Parents/Guardians have the responsibility to read the Clontarf Lawn Tennis Club – Child Protection Policy and agree to abide by the guidelines as set out in it and its appendices, particularly Appendix 4, Code of Conduct for Parent’s / Guardians.  https://clontarfltc.com/child-protection-policy/

By enlisting in this event, Parents/Guardians are acknowledging that the club is not responsible for providing adult supervision for a child except as set out in the club’s Child Protection Policy.  Parents/Guardians have the responsibility to provide contact details to the club, and undertake to inform the club of any changes to this information
