It is clear that, in general, members observance of current safety measures in and around the club has deteriorated in recent weeks.
With infections and resultant restrictions in Dublin on the increase, there is an onus on the club to do our part and just as importantly to be seen to be doing our part.
To those who continue to observe sanitization, social distancing and foot traffic management around the club – thank you.
For the avoidance of doubt can we now clarify for all members:
Only ONE member in the hallway at any one time to book your court/charge your court lights. If another member is filling the booking sheet please wait at the door or at a safe distance from the next in line in front of you outside the building until that member has exited the court-side door.
NO CONGREGATION IN THE HALLWAY OR CORRIDORS PLEASE.
On entering the hallway use the hand sanitizer before using pens/booking sheets/toilets/changing rooms etc.
Fill in your booking sheet clearly with the Player Names and 1 Membership Number in your group – this enables us to trace contacts if necessary.
Observe the one-way system.
Please do not park in the designated wait area in front of court 4
These are simple measures. We understand they are inconvenient but absolutely necessary to allow us to keep our clubhouse open as we move into colder and darker days.
