Important Update from Clontarf LTC
Posted: May 5, 2020

Dear Members

I had so hoped to be sending this mail today announcing the reopening of our courts along with the protocols for use, however limited. Sadly, we will have to wait just a little longer, but at least we are now aware of the sports that can socially distance, such as tennis and golf and are the first in line to restart on the 18th May. Your Executive Committee and staff are working on guidelines to enable members to resume play and limited coaching responsibly and we will publish same to all members in advance of May 18th.

I must remind members that the 2020 CLTC Membership Fees were approved at the AGM on 27th January 2020 (no increases introduced) and Subscription Invoices were issued to members the following week.

Thanks to those members that paid their fees by the due date of 28th February 2020 – your prompt payment allowed us to keep our staff working on the Government Subsidy Scheme and some very useful long term work has been progressed over the lockdown period.

I would ask members who have not paid their fees and are in a position to do so, to kindly log on to your Smart Club Cloud and make the payment.

Late payment penalties have not been applied to members accounts as of yet.

Any member that is not in a position to make payment because of the Covid19 situation and wishes to renew their 2020 CLTC membership, should email membership@clontarfltc.com and the Executive Committee will review emails and circumstances on an individual basis.

As membership is the Club’s only current source of income, we are relying on membership fees to cover the running costs of the Club, so thank you for your co-operation and support and see you back on court soon.
