Junior Summer Camp 2020

CLTC are planning to run a Summer Camp commencing on 6th July assuming the Government Guidelines permits it to proceed         The details outlined below are VERY IMPORTANT and we would ask parents to take the time to read before making your booking

IMPORTANT NOTE 

Before a Junior is Signed Up or Plays in the Summer Camp, Juniors must stay at home if he or she              

 

CAMP DETAILS

  • Commences week of 6th July – 14th August (6 weeks).
  • Registration will go live on www.smartclubcloud.com  on Thursday 18th June at 9am and will be available to book through your account via EVENTS (payment cannot be made through the office and must be made online)
  • If your 2020 membership fees remain outstanding the system will not allow you proceed with your booking.
  • Due to restricted numbers and to allow all juniors the opportunity to participate in the camp, each junior member can only book a maximum of 2 weeks
  • Camps will run daily for 2 hour slots for your relevant age group (please see grid below)
  • Your child must be the relevant age and not ‘turning’ the age soon 
  • The camp is €75 per week

* Week 5 – 4 days due to bank holiday 

 

  • Juniors will not be allowed to leave the club during the camp to go to the shop.
  • Juniors should arrive at the club 5 minutes before the camp begins and should leave the club directly after the camp finishes – no hanging around.
  • On arrival at the club, juniors will be met by the coaches at designated areas, checked in and escorted to the courts.
  • Summer Camp is not open to non members this year.
  • CLTC Club Dress Code – white tops must be worn by juniors and all members – please see dress code below 
  • Camp will be weather dependent and may be cancelled if raining.  Parents/Guardian’s must be able to arrange collection of children in this case

By enlisting in this event Parents/ Guardians are giving their consent to their child participating in a Clontarf Lawn Tennis Club activity which is run in line with the Code of Ethics & Good Practice for Children’s Sport

By enlisting in this event, Parents/Guardians are acknowledging that the club is not responsible for providing adult supervision for a child except as set out in the club’s Child Protection Policy.  Parents/Guardians have the responsibility to provide contact details to the club, and undertake to inform the club of any changes to this information

for you in July & August.
