Phase 1 “Return to Play”

We are finalizing our Club Guidelines regarding Phase 1 “Return to Play”. There are still some guidelines that we are awaiting for clarification on from Tennis Ireland, one being Over 70s play that has attracted lots of media attention over the last few days.

Tennis Ireland have asked for clarification from the HSE in relation to the Over 70’s issue and we understand that this is being discussed at a National Public Health Emergency Team Meeting today or tomorrow and they hope to hear the outcome shortly afterwards.

Therefore we intend now waiting for that outcome before publishing our guidelines, but if it’s not forthcoming within the next 48 hours, we will publish CLTC’s Guidelines at that point.
