CLTC’s Constitution has not had a full review for many years and, as a result, and no longer fully reflects the needs of the club across several key areas. Members will recall that we approved initial updates to seven sections of the Constitution at EGM in June 2025. Following a comprehensive review of the other parts of the Constitution  we are proposing a number of other  updates to ensure that the constitution remains clear, relevant, and fit for purpose.

We propose holding an Information Meeting for members on 6th May to outline and discuss the proposed changes, followed by an EGM on 20th May at which the proposals will be considered.
